Our Drawing Process

Our plans are developed through a 3-phase process. Click the following links to learn more about each phase.

Phase 1

(Conceptual Layout)

The first phase encompasses project development meetings, initial floor plan layouts and elevation drawings.

Phase 2

(Preliminary Drawings)

The second phase develops the preliminary set of building plans for project pricing and further review.

Phase 3

(Construction Documents)

The third phase develops the final construction documents necessary to obtain building permits, as well as maintaining accurate building practices by the contractor or builder.
